I clipped the photo to multiple strip masks, leaving some areas open. The extra trees are on a layer behind the photo. I blended the frame over all the layers, then added the paper textures to pick up the bottom of the image on the right and add some depth inside the frame. I used the cloud brushes, then colored the clouds with the warm glows. Added the branch and moved the journaling around the page 50x, finally added the splatter to try to connect the journaling to the image, then called it done.
