Process: I started with a solid paper from ArtPlay Palette Jollification. I added a transfer from ArtsyTransfers Jollification and placed it on the left side. I transformed it and flipped it horizontal and also moved the yellow part on the right side to the left by using the Magic Wand Tool. I added also a transfer and an overlay from ArtPlay Palette Jollification to this part. Then I added the frame from AntiquatedFrames No. 1 and the photo. The blend mode for the photo was set to Color Burn and I used an adjustment layer for Curves to lighten up all the dark parts. I added balloons from MultiMedia Balloons No 3 and more brushes from ArtPlay Palette Jollification on both sides of the layout. I did a work path for the text with the Polygonal Lasso Tool and placed some embellishments from the ArtPlay Palette Jollification in the end of the text and the title. I also placed numbers from LittleNumbers No 1 here. I finished the layout with the tag from ArtPlay Palette Jollification.
