The frame was created by adding a blank layer above the photo of my dogs. I then clicked on the photo in the thumbnail to selected the shape of the photo and then added a 40 pixel stroke to the blank level. I then clipped a paper from To the Moon and Back to the stroke and then added an Outer Bevel in the Up direction that was 21 pixels in size.

The background was created using papers from Wish Upon a Star, Bloomy Papers and Escape Papers. The base brown paper is from Wish Upon a Star. Above that is a pink paper from Bloomy Papers set to Darker Color Blend Mode. The top paper is a green paper from Escape Papers set to Darker Color Blend mode.
