Dobar Dan means good day in Croatia, where my son and daughter-in-law are currently enjoying a 10-day holiday. They've been cloud-dropping me a ton of photos and so far I am keeping up. My strategy has been to capture the photos onto various aA Template Album spreads as I pull them out of the cloud, and to fill in the details of pages later. Since all the aA supplies work together, you really can't go off track. Working in this way has really helped me avoid the paralysis that can come when you're staring down a gazillion photos from places you've never been and sights you've never seem. I also decided early on not to sweat the small stuff. The photos just come in wavesthere is no text of any sort, so I am using best-guessing and if photos and days are out of sequence, the kids can suggest changes when they're back. AND it's going to be their job to decide what, if any, text they want. The kids are having a magical time and I am loving documenting it. My guess is that they will also enjoy reliving their memories through participating in the completion of this project. Interactive memory-keeping!
