Determination

This robin has decided to build her nest over my front door on a very narrow ledge. She is determined, although I have tried to encourage her to find a new spot!
The flowers are a photo I took of our cherry tree. The blooms lasted only 2 days. It's been to warm for Ohio!

so beautiful! i think the trick is just to keep at it, and eventually they DO give up and go elsewhere. apparently sticky tape that they have to walk on (which they don't like...)is another deterrent!

Thank you so much! This is as big of a surprise as my 15 yr. old grandson calling me last night and inviting me to go see Hunger Games with him today. A real honor!

Guess I should welcome this Robin now!

What a gorgeous look at Spring!!!! Really beautiful presentation of your cherry blossoms and that stubborn mama bird! Also love the way you've tucked the clock face under the tear and the clock hand on top of the tear--clever!
