For many years I owned a KitchenAid mixer, and loved it. But I stopped baking, and it seemed a shame to let it just sit and get dusty. So I gave it to my daughter-in-law, Kim. She STILL loves it! But when when Dave and I changed to a low-carb lifestyle, I needed to start baking again if we were to ever have dessert. I tried being happy with another brand of mixer, but after youve had a KitchenAid...

So when this big beauty went on sale, Dave agreed we should just pull the trigger and buy it. What utter joy! It is so powerful and smooth. Im sure Daves motive is the cookies that are the end result, but he also loves so see the kind of smile I get on my face over something like this.
