Since my parents immigrated from Germany, I grew up listening to a lot of German music. This song was from a Christmas album by Heintje (Simons, a child star in the 1960's and 70's) that we listened to over and over again. The song was also recorded by Mannheim Steamroller on their A Fresh Aire Christmas album.
