I adore this sweet little lady and all the the joy she creates. Saw this awesome photo and knew just the quote to put with those awesome pink boots and her perfect puddle splashing! Page Process-
Photo was clipped to FotoBlendz and both were resized to highlight the portions of the photo that were wanted inside the masking
Transfers and brushes were recolored and tucked around the photo.
Fun WordART and ArtStrokes were added above and below and around the photo to create the feel of energy and movement of a toddler at play
WarmGlows were placed above the photo layer and the soft light and darker color blending modes were applied
The WordART create joy was recolored from Ellas boots and then the hard mix blending mode was applied to bump up the color even more in the lay out
A couple of elements were added for dimension and the darken blending mode was applied to the yellow tape to pop the color slightly in the design
