Crashing Waves

This is for this weeks AnnaLIFT https://ozone.oscraps.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29599, inspiration Splash by Faby33. When I saw the page, I immediately thought about this series of photos taken at the Tide Pools at Sunset Cliffs. It is also perfect for this weeks AP Splash.

Journaling reads: It is often hard to anticipate how high each wave will be, but that is part of the fun - to see if you can stay where you stand and not take a step back or climb up to a higher elevation. It is oaky to end up wet, but the fun is to stay away from the CRASHING WAVES

Count the Waves by Sahlin Studio

The Process: I began with the template, and attached the 4 photos to the clipping masks. I then began changing the colors of the various template layers. I added numerous transfers and brushes under the photos, and then added the WordART, the elements, and the Stitchez. I then placed the title fonts, adding an outline and shadow to one, and to the other font, I attached a patterned paper to it as well. I add a bit more drama to the photos, I decided to do Out of Bounds photos to each frame, and ended taking the 4 frames, and moved them a bit to give a bit of space between them. I finished up with the edge overlays, using the new Stained Edge Overlay to reinforce the aqua color, and then a Distressed edge Overlay in the Neutral Tan color.

Fonts: Sea Reef, A Little Pot, Beach Type
***thanks for looking***
Great job catching those shots...and even better being able to use them to such great effect!! Love it!

Definitely a fun page... I like how you extracted her and had her reaching across to the other photo frames... and what a fun title... I just went browsing in Dafont... Looks as if you maybe did also???

Great Joan! I love the wordart and the pictures where she put her arms out, very creative!
