We rented a car in Cozumel and drove along the coast. We stopped here and went into the outdoor lounge area. I thought it odd because everyone there was watching the overhead TV's. The tsunami in Japan had recently hit and the initial destruction was being televised. There was a startling contrast between what we saw on the screen, and what we saw around us.
I tried at least a half a dozen times to work Scrappie Irene's tutorial, but since I don't (like to) use Photoshop I couldn't get it right. I decided to play a little on my own. It's not watercolory like the original, but I do like the artsy effect of this technique.
