I created a clipping mask for the top photo with a few brushes and then overlayed the stroke framed photo on top. I added a gold glitter style (from Miki's kit) to a stamped brush layer. I used pieces of wordart for the title and scattered elements around photos. I applied one of Miki's glitter styles to the ribbon.
