Fonts are Bleed Cowboy and A Little Sunshine.

To get the bright blue color on the page, I created a solid layer of royal blue, clipped it to the striped paper and set the blend mode to Lighter Color. I also altered the color on the butterfly using Replace Color to change the more turquoise color to royal blue. I really liked the addition of the bright blue color on the page.
