This page just kind of ended up taking itself where it wanted to go. I had planned to use a lot more paper layers and a lot more brushwork but my original vision just did not work. You can still see the photo I wanted to use for the page but it's not nearly as prominent even though it is actually being used twice. Hopefully you can still see the reflection of the trees in the water. I clipped the photo to a mask created by combining four masks from NBK Design. I then changed the underlying layer in the blending options and then duplicated the mask twice. Once the mask is set to Overlay blend mode and the other mask is set to Soft Light.
