I made the photo Black and White and gave it more contrast. I gave the lips some color. In a new document I clipped the photo to a FotoBlendz Overlays No. 2. I placed my background paper. I added all the transfers and brushes and WordArt.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work.
