Anna has some new Architecture brushes coming out, so I channeled my "inner Marleen" on this design. I always love her cityscapes. Turned out kinda like hers...maybe?

Process notes:
I used ArtsyPaper No. 3 from APP Bliss, I stamped ArchiTexture No. 8 four times on the page. I placed four different light leaks above the stamps and clipped them to the stamp, varying the blend mode and opacity, and merged all layers. Also duplicated the light leaks, merged them, then placed them behind the merged city layer and masked out what I didnt want. Added a bunch of splatters and artstrokes for more definition. The title was the finishing touch.
