Loved all the colors in this photo I found online and ArtPlay Palette Vivacity's colors were a perfect match.

Process notes:
I used ArtsyPaper No. 3 for my background. I placed my photo and blended it into the background. I wanted to create a sketchy almost watercolor look, so I applied the PhotoShop filters Find Edges and Sharpen with the blend mode of multiply. I duplicated the photo using the filter of Photocopy and the overlay blend mode. I added transfers behind the photo stretching them out to cover the entire page. Also added a few around the photo to increase the soft look. The wordArt was the final touch.
