I did a dispersion technique on my photo.
I opened a new document. I opened a brush from the APP Hummingbird and duplicated it 2 times. I placed them under each other and merged them. I clipped my photo to this layer of brushes using it as a clippingmask. I brushed a few strokes on the clippingmask layer to reveal a bit more of the bird! I placed the backgroundpaper. I placed all the brushes and transfers. They came under and also over the photo layer. I placed the frame and the elements. I placed a bit of text from the birdTransfers. I clipped the (blurred) photo to the ArtsyFeather and placed it. I placed the ScriptTease Happiness Overlay and colored it.

After the merging of the layers I did some sharpening and I gave the page a warm photofilter at 6 %. I did the dispersion technique again but now on the whole layout. ( It basically is clipping a duplicate of it to some splatter brushes and blending them in with a layermask.)
