I extracted the motor from the photo with the pen tool! I made several copies and use filters from photoshop and Topaz Impressions on it! Blended all together with a layermask! On a duplicate I did a motion blur it came under the photo! i then started to layer all the Artsy Bits and brushes in! Using different Blendmodes and I also colored some things in! I used magic lights set to different Blendmodes too!
