I made the photo sepia colored. In a new document I clipped the photo to a Layered Fotoblendz. I placed the backgroundpaper but brushed some solid color in on some textures on the paper. I added all the brushes and transfers and the wordart. I placed the elements. I placed a LoopDaloop.
I merged the layers and did a bit of sharpening. I gave the page a warm photofilter at 6%
