Since my favorite furry friend became my kitty angel, I get my kitty fix when I visit some friends. They just adopted two playful bundles of fur! I shot this photo on my iPad of Louis who loves to set in a bowl on top of their frig.

Process notes:
I processed my photo using a variety of filters from the app Enlight, last one was HDR. I removed the background by masking it out. I opened up ArtsyPaper No. 2 from ArtPlay Palette Wild and rotated it 90. I placed my photo on the left and extracted the background using a mask. I converted the photo to a smart object and added a shadow. I put the shadow on a separate layer using the layer dropdown menu create layer. I moved the shadow out and reduced its opacity. I added a transfer from the app and placed it behind the kitty giving it some depth. Since the paper had two round objects that looked like perches to me, I brushed in two kitties from the brush set Cats No. 1. I added shadows to the brushwork to make them bolder. Added the text and was done!
