I gave the photo some Artistic Filters in Photoshop.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a brush from APP Abrazo. I placed the frame under the photolayer. I placed the backgroundpaper. I blended it with the white paper under it. I placed all the transfers and brushes (some were duplicated and rotated) and the wordart from Embrace WA. I placed the arrow from eA Arrows No. 1. I brushed some colors in. I typed the title and journaling with the font Impact. I clipped the photo to the title (with Gaussian blur on it)
I merged the layers and did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work.
