I made the photo more artistic looking with the Artistic filters in photoshop and Topaz Impressions! Just used multiple versions and blended them together with a layermask!
In a new document I Clipped the final photo to an Abstract FotoBlendz. I extracted the upper part of the subject and gave him a shadow. I used a duplicated photo with a motion blur under the photo for some movement. I placed the background paper and all the transfers and brushes. I colored the arrow from eA Arrows No. 1. I gave it a bit of bevel. (Setting it on fire)
I merged the layers and sharpened the page and did some Dodge and burn work.
