We reached Rainbow Curve before sunrise while the horizon was still painted in reds and pinks. We saw herds of deer and elk in the valley on our way up.

The two photos show how the clouds dissipated as the sun came up.

What a breath taking scene and spread. LOVE how you used the photos. Sunrise is the best, it holds so much promise and the peacefulness and clean air is so renewing.

I went to live where you do - you have such great access to the outdoors - I can see deer but I am not going to see elk - such gorgeous colors in the photos! beautiful page!
