My talented friend, Pattie, just took some pictures of angel statues in a cemetary. She said she felt a calming presence surrounding her. Anna's new ArtPlay Palette, Hygge, was perfect to use on her amazing photos.

Process notes:
I selected Solid Paper No. 4 from the NEW ArtPlay Palette Hygge, placed my photo and masked it using Multi-Layered FotoBlenz No. 4. (Im loving those multi-layered fotoBlenz, they add an extra level of artistic expression.) Duplicated the photo three times, using blend modes of Lighten, Color Dodge and Soft Light. Turned on and off a few layers of the fotoblendz, recoloring a few to blend into the photo. I placed transfer No. 4 behind the masked photo along with transfer No. 3 for more interest and dimension. Since it was an angel photo, I clipped a fotoGlow to the mask to achieve a halo effect. A ScriptTease and WordART from Hygge WordART Mix No. 1 were the finishing touches.
