Process
This composite was created using techniques taught by Anna in her Advanced Brush class. Also I found inspiration from Eva in the Oscraps gallery https://ozone.oscraps.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=356393&title=frescoin-2016&cat=all

I processed my photo in Lightroom creating a blown out grungy high contrast effect
I opened an Artsy paper from the Plumera palette.
I positioned my photo so it covered the whole canvas.
Using the eraser tool I erased the sky and created a mask and brushed out the bottom using a textured brush.
Then it was just a matter of using transfers and overlays to create the layout.
I added another photo this time of the London Eye and converted it to black and white gave it a high contrast effect and again using the eraser tool and a layer mask to create an Artsy effect.
Glows and a star shape were created using Annas techniques and added.
Finally I added some elements and text.
