Process notes:
Because it had all the colors in the challenge, I selected ArtsyPaper No. 1 from ArtPlay Palette Party. I flipped it horizontally so the balloons were on the right. And since you can never have enough balloons at a birthday party, I nestled two more among the ones on the right side and added two to the left for balance. I placed the birthday wordArt and give it a red stroke for emphasis. I took a screen capture of the Oscraps art, added it to my layout, used a mask to blend it into the design. Finished it by adding some text and used the spot healing brush to remove those stray pixels. Voila, party on!
