I made my photo Black and White in Photoshop and with Topaz Black and White Cyanotype Collection I gave it a blue tone.
In a new document I placed the background paper and the photo and I placed a frame over the photo. I started layering all the brushes and the transfers. Some were duplicated and set to linear burn for extra color. I placed the elements and the WordArt. I typed the date and place. I placed the Postage Edge Overlay and gave it a color from the photo. I duplicated the background layer and used only the top for some more color on top of the page!
I merged the layers and did some sharpening.
