Process: I started with the backgroundpaper. Clipped my picture to the mask and add the frame above it. Under the picture i added the magic lights. Next to the picture i added a brush and gave it a blue color. Finally i added the flags and button.
Great picture! I love how you've framed it and the way it extends out from the frame a bit. I really love the whole feel of the page - his exuberance, which seems to be reflected in the blue skies ahead button, the magic lights, everything is so bright and hopeful!
