In a new document I clipped the photo to the photoframe. I placed the photo overlay over the photo in Screen Blendmode. I placed the backgroundpaper. I placed the photo over the backgroundlayer in Colorburn Blendmode. I reduced the opacity. With a layermask I blended parts of the photo in. I placed all the transfers and brushes under the photolayer. I placed the elements and I typed the text. I placed the title. I merged the layers and blended a paper in over the page I blended some parts in over the page with a layermask. I merged again and did some sharpening.
