Process
A solid white paper from APP Skys the Limit was used for the base. A 12x12 Page Fotoblendz mask was layered onto the background. Strips were cut out using the marquee tool. Pattern paper from APP Red White Blue was clipped to the fotoblendz mask. The photo of Mt. Rushmore was clipped to a FotoBlendz Overlays 3 mask. The blending mode of the mask was changed to darken. Transfer 2 from APP Red White Blue was clipped to the photo with the blending mode changed to hard light. The layers were merged, duplicated and the blending mode of this layer was changed to hard light. The words vote and voice were typed in bold letters (font Elephant). Stars and stripes were clipped to the words. The layers were merged together and the blending mode was changed to Linear Burn. The layers were duplicated and this time the blending mode was changed to hard light. Stars, stitches and brushes were added to complete the page.
