Mystery Bird

I took this photo of what I thought was a hummingbird as he was fluttering about the cosmos in my garden back in August. But several of my friends who are into birding are not sure that he is actually a hummingbird. So I guess hes a mystery bird!

I used part of an extremely blurry photo as a base.
AASPN_PerlesscentPaperie1_Holly over the base on screen mode at 65%
AASPN_KrissKrossStitchedOverlays1_4 edge duplicated
AASPN_DottedKornerNEdges2_5B for the base of the word art
AASPN_WoodShop Alpha and NumberSet No 1 for the word art
AASPN_ArtPlayGreatOutdoors_Transfer7 for the base for the photo
AASPN_ArtPlaySummerDays_Brush11 along the bottom edge of the transfer

Thank you for looking!
If you live east of the Mississippi River the chances are it is a ruby throated hummingbird as it is really the one hummingbird in the East. But black chinned are rare and found mostly in the south east but rare. I would have called it a hummingbird. lovely colors and framing! beautiful page!

Looks like a beautiful little hummer to me too! Not sure what other birds have that long of a beak? Whatever it is, it is for sure a beautiful page!

Not sure if it's a hummer ... but definitely a beautiful page featuring it!

I love the colors here, and your mystery bird. Looks like a hummer in the beak but I don't know about that plumage. Beautiful page!
