I made the photo more artistic in Photoshop and Topaz Impressions.
In a new document I clipped my photo to a WaterColor FotoBlendz.
I placed the background paper.
I added all the transfers.
I made and placed a frame.
I placed the Wordart and typed the text.
I merged the layers and sharpened the page a little (by the nose and hair)
