I made copies of my photo. I used Artistic filters on them I stacked them and blended parts in with the help of a layermask.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a FotoBlendz.
I started adding brushes and transfers under and over the photo using different Blemd modes.
I did some (re) coloring and used some glows.
I placed a duplicate of the photo under the clipped one to extend the legs a little.
I placed the frame and blended it in.
I placed the WordArt and typed the title.
I merged the layers and sharpened a little! Did some Dodge and Burn work.
Used a warm photofilter.
