I made a watercolor lighthouse from the photo in Photoshop and Topaz Impression 2! That took me a while and a lot of stacking and blending.
I extracted the white and made a PNG of the photo.
I placed 3 versions in a new document.
I duplicated them and rotated vertically for some reflection. Did a ripple filter on them. I brushed it in by a layermask.
I placed the texture from ArchiTextures No. 4 on the lighthouses.
I placed the background behind them.
I started layering all the transfers and brushes under and over the photos
I used the Coastline FotoBlendz as a brush here.
I added the elements from MM Shells.
I placed the title and brushed 2 colors blue in. I blended the WordArt in.
I made a from from a selection that I stroked.
