For NBK Design Challenge Dispersion: 07/25 - 07/31

I used Collection Live & Learn http://www.oscraps.com/shop/Live-and-Learn-Bundle.html and Stars Brush from Alessio Collection http://www.oscraps.com/shop/Alessio-Star-brushes.html for the dispersion effect.
Also used loopipalooza Brush http://www.oscraps.com/shop/On-the-Bright-Side-Loopilaloozas.html from "The Bright side" and finished the page with a Topaz texture effect.

Just beautiful! The color of the flowers matches the lovely little girl's face -and the loopipalooza's give it motion and energy!
