If I were going to travel, it would be with Ninth Doctor and wed visit the White House while President Carter was in office. My goal for this page was to create something with a very art journal feel to it. I started out with very neutral papers and elements so that the color would work with the images I had chosen. But the feel wasnt quite right, probably cause I love using color, so I added some greens and blues to help fill in the page.
