I made my photo a little sharper and lighter. I duplicated it and I made an extraction of myself.
I opened a new file and placed the background paper, and above that layer I placed another paper layer and I blended that in with the help of a layermask.
I placed the photo and the extraction. I added a bit of shadow to the extraction layer. I did a few brushstrokes on a layer above the extraction layer to make the hair look more realistic.
I added the brushes and transfers.
I added the frame, and above the frame some more transfers were added. I erased a bit of the frame.
I placed a part of another (made a bit more artistic) photo in the frame by using a layermask to blend it in.
I added the elements and the WordArts. I typed the text.
