52 Inspirations Challenge - April 2016

The Word Prompt was "Rain" and i really don;t have any cute photos of the rain. But I do have some of Rainbows. When I saw the 52 Inspirations Word Art, I knew what direction I wanted my page to take.
I took my photo and used a lavender based filter on it to lighten up the sky. I blended a purple watercolor paper over it, and added a cream paper underneath.Taking some soft, textured brushes, I erased lightly over some of the dark areas of the photo. I Used a fairy Brush on a new layer and clipped the watercolor paper to it. I dragged Magic Lights under the fairy so it looked like she was gradient. I finished by clipping another paper to the word Art.
