I started by giving my photo a blue color! And then I made a sketch out of a duplicate of the photo and masked that in with the use of a layermask. This time after opening a new file, I started by making the foundation for my photo. I layered a lot of elements from the MultiMedia Moons. I placed my photo over it and blended it in (multiply) I copied the photo and clipped it on an circle element of MM Moons. I added the background paper and some white light with a gradient layer. I added all the transfers and brushes. I added the text and elements. I did some dodge and burn for more contrast and light!
