Yes, there really is a Shea Stadium in Brooklyn, and yes, I know this is yet another layout about my daughter's band (and I get weary of them, too), but the kids do love them...and that's what this is all about for me. This show in particular was important to my daughter, as the band opened for a rising indie singer who happens to be the daughter of Kevin Kline and Phoebe Cates. (Kevin Kline loved my daughter's band, BTW--a VERY good night for them!)

Process:
I left the template unaltered, except for duplicating and adding two frames. I blended two artsy papers and one solid together for a background, then I filled the frames and clipped a photo to the central large paint layer. I wrote the journaling and did the title and word art next. I added lots of overlays in the background and then lots of embellishmentsthat star seemed to want to go really big. The MultiMedia Moons (I used two) were a perfect last touch, as were a whole bunch of the new Threadz.
