As the pear trees begin to bud and leaf,I am taken to my husband's love of seeing the beautiful leaves and blooms when he was so ill. He loved to sit by the window and gaze upon the pear tree in beautiful bloom.Each year,it is mentioned by members of his beloved family. We all recall his enjoyment and are reminded that we miss him so much. So glad that the pear tree gave him some comfort and joy as it provides such a bittersweet memory.
