Process
Artsy paper 1 from APP Wonderful was selected for the base of the page. A blank layer was added above the paper. Using the eye dropper tool, a cream color was selected from the paper. Using the brush tool, areas of the paper were painted over for a smoother look. The photo was clipped to a Melange FotoBlendz mask. Areas of the mask were painted over to smooth out the face area. The photo was duplicated with the blending mode set to screen (reduced opacity) to lighten it. Transfers from APP Wonderful were layered on the page. Several Artsy Tranfers Wonderful were opened up. I imported a variety of transfer layers from them to add more color and to build more texture and dimension to the page and around the photo. Word art, label words, stitchez and buttons were added to complete the page.
