I did a photo treatment on the photo with the help of Topaz Impression plugin and the artistic filters in photoshop. I clipped the photo on the Watercolor Fotoblendz 1, and I used a Snowy Fotoblendz 1 over the photo and changed the blend mode. I placed the background from AAP Zombie, and above it I used a brush from AAP Zombie. I placed some transfers and reduced the opacity. I made some text in photoshop and placed it above the brush! I placed the title from Love WordArt no 5 and the splatters, and gave it a red color! Tip: (I never use only one color when I fill in and color an element or font! Using more colors very close to each other in the color palette makes it more coming alive!) I recolored the text a bit red too! I drew my own frame, and stroked it with white. Than duplicated it and rotated it and gave it some shadow! I placed the little photo element and the artstrokes.
