I started out by opening up with template file, but deleted the photo/frame/shadow layers. I ran the Nelly Nero Modfather action on my photo, then dragged it near the area where the frames had been. I deleted some of the artsy layers and clipped some papers to others, adjusting Layer Styles/Color Overlays as desired.
I wanted to balance out the page with an element in the top right corner I opened up the flower file and ran the Watercolor Filter on it to give it more of a "brush-like" feel. I replaced the Text Box with the word art and finished off with the date.
