My dear friend Pattie moved from sunny Tucson to the mountains in Colorado this past spring. And she delights in sending her friends snaps of the most beautiful, snowy landscapes. (Even though she does admit to being "frozen, I'm cold!" This is one she took of the frozen creek near her house.

Used papers, frame, WordARt and transfers from the mini-Palette Milestone and APP Glacial. Also used fotoGlows.

And I used Ulla-May's trick to add snow to the background to create a blizzard effect.
