We haven't had any snow on the South Coast of England but last week we had some very heavy frosts and I was out in the garden searching for a frozen spiders web. I couldn't find one but took pics of my flowers instead...

I clipped my photo to a brush from APP Glacial then used various brushes on the mask to reveal more of the photo. I brought in a paper from the same set for the background then using AT Chills I turned off various layers and moved a few until I was happy. I added more brushes and elements. I duplicated the WordART and set blending mode to Color Dodge.
