Process
Artsy paper 3 from the new APP Love Letters was used as the background paper. Some of the areas were painted over to give a smoother look to the page. The blending mode of the photo was changed to darken to eliminate the white areas and allow the background color to come through. A frame from APP Vintage Rose was layered under the image, resized, with the blending mode changed to color burn (opacity slightly reduced). The pattern paper from APP Jardinier was recolored using the Hue/Saturation Adjustment tool. The paper was clipped to a FotoBlendz Overlay 8 mask. The mask was colored the same color as the background. A layer mask was added and with a soft brush the edges were brushed out. Transfers from APP Love Letters were layered around the page. MultiMedia Hearts and Urban Stitchez Hearts were added. Embellishments, word art and splatters were added to complete the page.
