Fun, fun challenge with Mikkel Paige this week! We had to describe a certain day of the week and what it means to us. I chose Sunday - as that is our Saturday, and our favorite day of the week. Eric's schedule is kinda goofy so he works Saturday and instead of having Saturday and Sunday off, has Sunday and Monday off.
