Process Notes:
I pulled the frames and masks from Template 104 into a new layout and resized/rearranged them to suit. I dragged in the photos next, first doing the selective recoloration on the large photo, and intentionally leaving one frame blank to fill with a transfer later. The background is a parfait of most of the papers in the Palette, in this order: artsy papers #2, #3, #1, #4 and solid paper #5. I blended them all together with a variety of blending modes. To pick up the blue in the socks, I recolored transfer 1 and the WoodWord with adjustment layers and added a blue transfer from Crazy Life Artplay Palette. Journaling came next. I was dying to use the cool little clock face that comes with the Autumn Rust Artplay Palette but just couldn't find the sweet spot; when I snagged the hipster plume off Template #6 and overlaid it on the layout, I found it gave enough weight to the page that I felt good about using the clock as counterbalance on the left. Done!
