For this challenge we were supposed to find a child's book that inspired us in some way... most people went back to their childhoods...

Mine was a very LONG time ago!

I remember reading about the adventures of Dick and Jane when I first began school... and I loved Nancy Drew as a teenager... I had hoped to find copies of one of these in a pile of books I had been saving, thinking they were from my childhood... apparently they were things I had picked up at garage sales for the grand kids, because nothing was familiar to me... but in the pile I found this thin, VERY old and falling apart, copy of Peter Rabbit and of course remembered this story from childhood ...so I decided to scan a couple of pages and use it... Who did not love reading about and perhaps relating to naughty Peters adventures in the garden while ignoring his mothers orders to NOT go there!!!!
